The most interesting in our opinion is the manufacture of sweets from a confectionery mass filled with fruit, condensed, cream, nut or nougat with the inclusion of wafer chips, followed by enrobing of the products and packaging on a horizontal packaging machine with 1 or 3 balls per package.

Products can be domed, oval or oblong. The diaphragm method of separating the case blanks is applied, so that the entire filling is rolled inside the product and does not flow out; for harder masses (roast masses), a guillotine cutting device is installed after the cooling tunnel.

Only our equipment allows to produce a calibrated product, equal in weight and shape (due to the use of individual dispensers in the heads of each type), which will allow you to produce a product packaged in boxes, cells and packaging, suitable for promotion in any market and in any trading network!

Optionally, the machine is equipped with string cutting for the manufacture of products of a flat shape.

It is possible to use a machine with rotary kilns (while maintaining the possibility of an upgrade to work with a tunnel kiln).
