IntelleCake - A Module For Injecting Fillings Into Confectionery After Baking Donuts, Profiteroles, Eclairs, Cupcakes

The machines are designed to inject fillings into confectionery after baking donuts, profiteroles, eclairs, cupcakes.
It is possible to use a machine with rotary kilns (while maintaining the possibility of an upgrade to work with a tunnel kiln).
The machine is built on a modular principle:
- The module of the vertical movement of the jigging unit allows movement during jigging and in the intervals between jigging;
- Conveyor with quick-release slats for various types of initial loading:
- trays,
- bakeware,
- procurement of products
- cookie blanks.
Jigging unit roller-gear, one- or two-hopper with separate drives of the pumping shafts and metering pumps. The bunkers are equipped with heating.
The metering pump has a separate pair of gears for each nozzle. This design allows you to accurately, with high performance to dispense confectionery mass in a wide range of viscosity and density.
Only our equipment allows to produce a calibrated product, equal in weight and shape (due to the use of individual dispensers in the heads of each type), which will allow you to produce a product packaged in boxes, cells and packaging, suitable for promotion in any market and in any trading network!
