Mixer-aerator kitchen (whipping machine) IntelleMixer is designed for recipe kneading in a given mode and at a given temperature of confectionery, curd and other food masses of liquid and medium viscosity. It is successfully used for mixing and whipping biscuit, marshmallows, soufflé, curd cream and other similar masses.

The processes of mixing and whipping are isolated from the environment - oxidation of the product with oxygen and the introduction of microbes are excluded.

It is possible to beat with purified air or nitrogen (the aerator has a built-in nitrogen generator, there is no need to buy cylinders), which significantly improves the quality of the product and increases the shelf life of products.

Only our equipment allows to produce a calibrated product, equal in weight and shape (due to the use of individual dispensers in the heads of each type), which will allow you to produce a product packaged in boxes, cells and packaging, suitable for promotion in any market and in any trading network!

The continuous mixer is designed to continuously produce a mass saturated with purified air or nitrogen, with the possibility of further equipping with an automatic flow tinting system.

Technical specifications and features:

The aerator has a built-in nitrogen generator, there is no need to buy cylinders.

The tank is made of stainless steel, has a heating jacket and is prepared for heat transfer of a heat transfer fluid.

Mixer for the product, to achieve product uniformity.

The aeration head is made of stainless steel, with double walls for coolant circulation.

It is driven by a 5 kW motor controlled by a frequency converter.

Volume pump made of stainless steel with a servomotor controlled by a vector frequency inverter designed for head cleaning.

Filter for the product at the head inlet.

Backpressure device with pneumatic control.

Stainless steel exhaust pipe equipped with a valve for sampling the product and a manual throttle.

The pneumatic distribution board is connected to the compressed air line and is equipped with activated carbon filters for injecting air (or nitrogen) onto the head and a flux meter for manual power control.

The complex is equipped with a block of tinting and aromatization of the mass flow.
